Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations in a complex, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong program management fundamentals including planning, sequencing, milestone/dependency tracking, and risk management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to create repeatable playbooks, templates, and systems.
  • Clear communication skills with a focus on stakeholder visibility and effective meeting management.
  • Experience working with external partners, vendors, or clients to manage commitments and relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity, ask sharp questions, and act decisively.
  • Collaborative mindset with high empathy and accountability.
  • Growth-minded and actively seeking feedback to lead complex programs.
  • Deeply motivated by the mission of enabling mental health outcomes at scale.
  • Comfortable using and maintaining project tracking documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of business and partnership programs by managing workstreams across internal and external operations, launches, and implementations.
  • Serve as a day-to-day operational point of contact for external partners, including running check-ins and tracking SLA commitments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Product & Tech, Clinical, Operations, Go-to-Market, Legal, and Finance to keep projects unblocked.
  • Build and maintain the operational backbone of programs, including plans, trackers, documentation, and playbooks.
  • Monitor program health, track success metrics, flag risks early, and escalate with recommended solutions.
  • Contribute to partnership business reviews, status reporting, and planning cycles.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase scalability and efficiency.
  • Manage workstreams from initial launch through to long-term optimization.
