Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations in a complex, cross-functional environment.
- Strong program management fundamentals including planning, sequencing, milestone tracking, and risk management.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven experience creating documentation, playbooks, and repeatable processes.
- Clear communication skills with experience running effective meetings.
- Experience working with external partners, vendors, or clients.
- Ability to balance relationship-building with accountability.
- Strong collaborative nature with an ability to give and receive direct feedback.
- Growth-minded and eager to lead complex, end-to-end programs.
- Passionate about enabling better mental health outcomes at scale.
Responsibilities
- Drive execution of business and partnership programs by managing workstreams across internal and external operations.
- Serve as day-to-day operational point of contact for external partners, tracking commitments and SLAs.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Clinical, Operations, Go-to-Market, Legal & Compliance, and Finance.
- Create and maintain program plans, trackers, documentation, and playbooks to ensure predictable operations.
- Monitor program health, flag risks, and escalate issues with recommended paths forward.
- Support partnership business reviews, reporting, and planning cycles.
- Identify and implement process improvements for scalability.
- See workstreams through from launch to long-term optimization.
