Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Python or Pyspark.
- 2+ years of experience in Jupyter Notebook environment.
- 2+ years of experience in Databricks Platform.
- 2+ years of experience in Microsoft PowerBI or other data visualization software.
- 2+ years of experience working with Big Data and performing root cause analysis.
- 2+ years of experience in business ownership of data processes.
- In-depth experience in Microsoft Office including Excel formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs.
- Ability to work from a dedicated home space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect PHI/HIPAA information.
- Self-provided internet service meeting at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
Responsibilities
- Solve complex business problems by interpreting data from internal and external sources.
- Support the development of data processes, reporting, and visualizations for Healthy Horizons Medicaid Risk Adjustment and prospective programs.
- Manage Big Data and maintain data quality standards.
- Create innovative solutions to complex business problems.
- Interpret organizational strategy and operating objectives to determine appropriate courses of action.
