Requirements
- Strong backend engineering experience with a proven track record of building and operating production systems.

- Experience with service-oriented architectures.
- Knowledge of API design and backend performance considerations.

- Excellent communication skills for translating technical ideas into actionable solutions.
- Builder's mindset with interest in evolving systems from design to operation.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain core services that support families in finding care and help Care Professionals manage their work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, data, and care operations.
- Design and evolve relational data models for scalable systems.
- Develop and maintain systems supporting workforce optimization, scheduling, or communication stacks.
- Mentor team members and contribute to an inclusive engineering culture.
- Translate complex technical ideas into clear solutions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
