Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on modern web development.
- Proven track record of architecting and implementing complex, distributed systems in production.
- Strong understanding of full-stack development principles and scalable system design.
- Experience with full-stack TypeScript products, specifically Node.js and React.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
- Experience building complex web applications and working with large datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Experience developing high-performance, scalable web applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure systems with a focus on simplicity.
- Tackle complex technical challenges across the stack and drive innovation.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to foster professional development.
- Partner with Product and Design stakeholders to define and prioritize work for high-quality feature delivery.
- Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and development practices.
- Take ownership of entire features from ideation through deployment.
- Collaborate across teams to scale processes, tools, and technologies.
