Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing employee lifecycle events with sensitivity and legal compliance.
  • Strong background in providing HR support and guidance on employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English at a business level.
  • Aptitude for innovating and optimizing processes through automation.
  • Efficiency in operations with thorough documentation and data integrity skills.
  • Ability to collaborate asynchronously in an international team environment.
  • Tech-savvy with ability to adapt to new and evolving systems.
  • Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities and fluency.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as custodian of employment terms and agreements, assisting on complex projects like Collective Bargaining Agreement updates.
  • Draft and administer lifecycle documents including employment amendments, letters, and forms.
  • Advise clients and employees on employment legislation and legal interpretations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as payroll and legal counsel, to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in managing critical initiatives across multiple countries and support HR and financial audits.
  • Develop and update global internal documentation regarding contract management.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation, process improvement, and product development.
  • Maintain employee data security and confidentiality.
