Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or similar
- Strong Linux systems administration skills
- Experience with scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or similar languages
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerized workloads, Docker, and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Experience migrating and configuring applications across Kubernetes environments
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation (e.g., Bitbucket Pipelines)
- Experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n or equivalent
- Excellent troubleshooting and incident response skills in production environments
- Solid understanding of infrastructure security, identity and access management, and least-privilege principles
- Exposure to compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2
- Experience working within governed and access-controlled environments
- Demonstrated experience using automation and AI to improve DevOps workflows
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support a Kubernetes-based hosting platform and AWS infrastructure for Drupal and Laravel applications
- Migrate, configure, and optimize client applications into Kubernetes environments
- Monitor platform health and respond to outages, incidents, and security events
- Execute deployments and maintain/improve CI/CD pipelines
- Manage identity and access across Google Workspace, Atlassian, hosting platforms, and version control systems
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and device management
- Contribute to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance through documentation and security controls
- Build and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Manage DNS, domain records, and SSL/TLS certificate lifecycles
- Perform backup validation, disaster recovery testing, and recovery drills
- Drive automation initiatives using scripted workflows and AI tools
