Requirements
- 7+ years of professional backend software engineering experience.
- High proficiency in Go (Golang) in production environments.
- Experience with Python or another scripting language.
- Experience building event-driven systems (e.g., NATS, Kafka, Redpanda).
- Expertise in high-throughput, real-time, low-latency WebSocket backends.
- Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, embeddings, RAG, or model serving.
- Proficiency in AI-assisted development tools to increase coding velocity.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across unfamiliar codebases and systems.
- Ability to work in an agile environment with one-week sprints.
- Knowledge of GCP is preferred.
- Experience with voice technologies (SIP/RTP), CCaaS/CTI, or data/knowledge graphs is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build Go services on the event bus.
- Develop AI/ML services and pipelines including RAG, streaming inference, and evaluation.
- Develop connector frameworks for CCaaS, CRM, and telephony platforms.
- Manage high-throughput transactional data models and WebSocket backends.
- Maintain high-efficiency, low-latency, and event-driven systems.
- Commit to and meet timeline requirements for product delivery.
