Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Strong expertise in ITSM, Service Portal, and Integrations
- Expertise in ITOM modules such as Discovery, CMDB, SAM, and HAM
- Ability to customize applications using scripting, workflows, business rules, and UI policies
- Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification preferred
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification preferred
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification preferred
- Experience with additional modules like HRSD or GRC is a plus
Responsibilities
- Translate client requirements into user stories and tasks for the development team
- Customize and configure core ServiceNow applications including ITSM, Service Portal, and ITOM modules
- Conduct workshops and demos for stakeholders and end users
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure high-quality delivery
- Lead the creation, enhancement, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Perform integration work including REST, SOAP, and MID Server integrations
- Maintain Discovery and CMDB modules
- Develop, review, and optimize scripts including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts
- Participate in Agile environments including sprint activities and backlog grooming
