Requirements
- 3+ years of related ServiceNow development experience
- Proficiency developing and deploying integrations with ServiceNow and external systems
- Experience installing and configuring MID Server environments
- Experience configuring and optimizing ServiceNow SAM Pro, software licensing models, and software entitlements
- Experience designing and building Service Catalog items and functionality
- Strong programming proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and web services (REST/SOAP)
- Solid understanding of CMDB and ITIL processes
- Strong understanding of SDLC best practices and experience gathering requirements within an Agile/Scrum framework
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
- Technical training, certification, or degree
- Must be able to pass a background check to obtain a position of Public Trust
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and scripted web services
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot MID Server environments to ensure secure, reliable data flow and connectivity between the ServiceNow platform and on-premise infrastructure
- Manage data imports, transform maps, and scheduled jobs to ensure seamless data synchronization
- Lead the configuration, enhancement, and administration of the ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) module
- Design and build user-friendly Service Catalog items, Catalog APIs, Order Guides, and Record Producers to expand self-service capabilities
- Leverage Flow Designer, workflows, and UI components to build automated fulfillment processes
- Partner with technical stakeholders, architects, and product owners to shape solution design and platform governance
- Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks
- Prepare and execute unit test cases and support user acceptance testing
