Requirements
- 8+ years of technical writing experience or equivalent in a related role (e.g., information design, knowledge management, documentation engineering).
- Experience managing content across complex multi-product or multi-service environments.
- Experience with AI-driven content workflows and tooling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building cross-team relationships.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with technical authoring environments and docs-as-code approach.
- Portfolio or samples demonstrating ability to structure, manage, and deliver content for a technical audience.
- Must be located in the U.S. West (Pacific Timezone).
Responsibilities
- Own documentation for multiple areas within CRM Product, managing content delivery on a monthly release cycle.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve documentation efficiency, quality, and delivery speed.
- Support a multimedia content strategy by creating video and eLearning resources for customers.
- Contribute to improvements in documentation workflows and content structure.
- Build relationships with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy.
- Collaborate with other writers and participate in peer review cycles.
- Evolve team standards and processes for writing, publishing, and distribution.
