Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, or Engineering Operations supporting software engineering teams.
  • Proven success leading execution across multiple engineering teams in a high-growth technology company.
  • Strong understanding of modern software development practices, including Agile, Scrum, Git-based workflows, CI/CD, and release processes.
  • Experience managing technical programs from planning through delivery, coordinating dependencies, and resolving blockers.
  • Ability to partner effectively with technical engineering leaders and communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience using engineering planning and collaboration tools such as GitHub Projects, Jira, Linear, or Notion.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage concurrent initiatives with attention to detail.
  • Strong judgment in balancing competing priorities and helping teams make thoughtful tradeoffs.
  • Proven ability to improve engineering processes and operational efficiency without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly proactive, self-directed mindset capable of navigating a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive day-to-day execution of the software development lifecycle, ensuring team alignment and development velocity.
  • Manage work within the Product & Engineering organization from initial triage through final completion.
  • Maintain GitHub Projects as the source of truth for engineering execution and provide status visibility to leadership.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and QA leaders to continuously refine and improve software development processes.
  • Manage the work of Product Builders responsible for leveraging agentic coding to create and improve workflows.
