Requirements
- 10+ years of consulting experience leading client discovery, workshops, and executive readouts.
- Proven experience as an AI Architect, AI Solution Architect, or equivalent role.
- Hands-on experience as an AI Engineer or ML Engineer building AI solutions.
- Strong architecture background across cloud, security, integration, and scalability.
- Deep familiarity with the Microsoft AI ecosystem (Azure AI, Azure Machine Learning, Fabric, Copilot Studio).
- Working knowledge of data management concepts, quality, lineage, and governance.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience designing or operating AI Centers of Excellence (preferred).
- Multicloud experience across Azure, AWS, and GCP (preferred).
- Spanish business professional fluency (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead structured discovery sessions with executive stakeholders and technical SMEs to assess architecture, processes, and operational readiness.
- Define, document, and stress-test AI use cases, prioritizing them based on business impact, feasibility, and risk.
- Own end-to-end architecture and design of complex Generative AI, predictive ML, and automation solutions.
- Design and establish AI Centers of Excellence, including governance, operating models, and development standards.
- Translate complex technical architectures into business narratives for C-suite and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with internal and client engineering, security, and data teams to ensure architectural success.
