Requirements

  • Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
  • Proven HR experience leading initiatives across regions within a technology business.
  • Regional HR experience within EMEA (France, Germany, and/or UK is a plus).
  • Understanding of local labor laws and competitive insights within EMEA.
  • Experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience in daily HR routines.
  • Experience mentoring and developing others.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage deliverables.
  • Experience working in a remote-first organization.
  • Analytical ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
  • Fluent in business English (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver precise and compliant HR operations with high accuracy.
  • Interact with the EMEA HR Manager and Global Head of HR to impact all HR regions.
  • Accountable for HR processes including talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, and onboarding.
  • Partner with business managers on performance management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with the HRIS team to develop and refine operational HR administration processes.
  • Coach and advise people managers on employee relations across multiple countries.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Design new policies and deliver business-critical HR projects globally.
