Requirements
- Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
- Proven HR experience leading initiatives across regions within a technology business.
- Regional HR experience within EMEA (France, Germany, and/or UK is a plus).
- Understanding of local labor laws and competitive insights within EMEA.
- Experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in daily HR routines.
- Experience mentoring and developing others.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage deliverables.
- Experience working in a remote-first organization.
- Analytical ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Fluent in business English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events.
Responsibilities
- Deliver precise and compliant HR operations with high accuracy.
- Interact with the EMEA HR Manager and Global Head of HR to impact all HR regions.
- Accountable for HR processes including talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, and onboarding.
- Partner with business managers on performance management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with the HRIS team to develop and refine operational HR administration processes.
- Coach and advise people managers on employee relations across multiple countries.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Design new policies and deliver business-critical HR projects globally.
