- At least 5 years of experience in a role exposed to scalability and improvements
- At least 5 years of experience with AWS
- At least 3 years of experience with Terraform (IaC)
- Strong backend fundamentals in Python
- Experience in observability using OpenTelemetry
- Familiarity with on-call schedules
- Hardcore work ethic and high agency
- Hands-on experience in backend development and system design preferred
- Experience on at least one project at scale (1M+ users) preferred
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain main infrastructure using Terraform
- Deploy and enhance CI/CD pipelines
- Improve system reliability, latency, and response times
- Build insights and monitoring pipelines using OpenTelemetry standard
- Improve security and development experience
- Build cache layers to support system scaling
