Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in audit, compliance, or risk management.
- At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal business stakeholders.
- Proven ability to translate complex ideas and data into clear, engaging narratives for stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of compliance or risk management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex assignments with strong analytical skills.
- Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-changing environment.
- Excellent research and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the Compliance Portal to escalate approvals, inquiries, and issues.
- Develop and implement enhanced compliance programs and enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Research and assess new regulatory requirements to assist in risk assessment and compliance testing.
- Perform control testing, document results, and provide updates to ensure adherence to testing schedules.
- Analyze data to identify trends and follow up on opportunities for enhancement.
- Draft responses for incoming complaints from regulatory and BBB channels.
- Provide support for responding to regulatory inquiries and examinations.
- Maintain compliance reporting libraries and documentation repositories.
