Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, screen, and onboard physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists.
- Proactively contact and recruit prospective therapists to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities.
- Educate prospective therapists on the personal and professional benefits of a travel healthcare career.
- Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning and referrals.
- Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement.
- Maintain a strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency.
