Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a healthcare compliance setting, specifically in healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, or related experience.
- 5+ years of experience in managing effective Compliance teams.
- 5+ years of experience applying state and federal health insurance statutes, regulations, marketplace, and Medicare Advantage (MA) requirements.
- Expertise in meeting reporting and audit obligations.
- Subject matter expertise in TEFCA.
- Understanding of the seven elements of an effective compliance program per the OIG.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support the Compliance team across all lines of business.
- Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the corporate compliance program.
- Monitor and interpret federal and state regulations to lead business strategies.
- Lead compliance investigations and oversee the development and monitoring of Corrective Action Plans.
- Develop and manage comprehensive compliance training programs throughout the organization.
- Produce and deliver actionable compliance reports for executive leadership and external regulatory bodies.
- Partner with Risk and Controls to manage regulatory risk and deploy scalable compliance functions.
- Lead the Compliance team in regulatory implementations and monitoring.
