Requirements
- College degree, trade school education, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in fire alarm field service.
- Experience leading, supervising, or mentoring a small technical team.
- Knowledge of fire alarm and life safety, electronic systems, or building automation industries.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on coaching and accountability.
- Advanced financial analysis skills including cost control and gross margin understanding.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- NICET or EST certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of customer service programs, time and material work, and parts sales.
- Manage service resources, costs, safety standards, and quality assurance.
- Supervise field specialists, service specialists, coordinators, and inspectors.
- Provide guidance, coaching, mentorship, and leadership to service employees.
- Monitor service delivery performance to identify process improvements.
- Manage financial performance through cost control and margin analysis.
- Apply project management practices within technical service environments.
