Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales, account management, customer success, or related commercial functions.
- 4+ years of experience leading sales, account management, or customer success teams in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success managing SMB, commercial, or mid-market customer segments through complex sales cycles and renewal processes.
- Experience building and scaling teams within fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.
- Strong understanding of value-based selling, multi-product growth strategies, and customer expansion motions.
- Operational mindset with experience using Salesforce, analytics dashboards, forecasting tools, AI-enabled platforms, and pipeline reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence teams at all levels.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, product, onboarding, and customer support functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a large team of account managers and sales professionals through frontline leadership, coaching, and performance management.
- Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, customer focus, and operational excellence across the organization.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing talent while creating leadership pipelines for future growth.
- Drive net revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, customer expansion, and strategic renewal initiatives.
- Develop and execute lifecycle strategies that improve customer engagement, retention, and long-term value.
- Partner with marketing teams on customer experience initiatives, lead generation strategies, pricing approaches, and acquisition opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, onboarding, support, and strategy teams to identify customer needs and influence business priorities.
- Monitor key performance indicators, forecasts, dashboards, and pipeline analytics to guide decision-making and achieve targets.
