Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales, account management, customer success, or related commercial functions.
  • 4+ years of experience leading sales, account management, or customer success teams in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success managing SMB, commercial, or mid-market customer segments through complex sales cycles and renewal processes.
  • Experience building and scaling teams within fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of value-based selling, multi-product growth strategies, and customer expansion motions.
  • Operational mindset with experience using Salesforce, analytics dashboards, forecasting tools, AI-enabled platforms, and pipeline reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence teams at all levels.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, product, onboarding, and customer support functions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a large team of account managers and sales professionals through frontline leadership, coaching, and performance management.
  • Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, customer focus, and operational excellence across the organization.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing talent while creating leadership pipelines for future growth.
  • Drive net revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, customer expansion, and strategic renewal initiatives.
  • Develop and execute lifecycle strategies that improve customer engagement, retention, and long-term value.
  • Partner with marketing teams on customer experience initiatives, lead generation strategies, pricing approaches, and acquisition opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product, onboarding, support, and strategy teams to identify customer needs and influence business priorities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, forecasts, dashboards, and pipeline analytics to guide decision-making and achieve targets.
