Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant product management, marketing, digital product, or financial services experience.
- Proven experience leading product strategy, development, and lifecycle management for complex products or solutions.
- Experience managing professional teams and developing talent through coaching, feedback, and career support.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, customer needs, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, assess opportunities, and make strategic product decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies that support revenue growth, profitability, customer engagement, and market expansion across assigned product lines.
- Lead product development initiatives, including research, design, planning, prioritization, launch execution, and ongoing optimization.
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify evolving customer needs to inform product strategy and innovation opportunities.
- Define product positioning, packaging, pricing strategies, and promotional approaches to improve adoption and business performance.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Technology, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to deliver successful product outcomes.
- Manage product performance through established metrics, including revenue growth, profitability, retention, cross-sell opportunities, and customer adoption.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing direction, coaching, feedback, and opportunities for professional development.
