Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for digital workshop operations solutions, ensuring alignment with operational goals and long-term business objectives.
- Lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, design, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful digital products and enhance workshop workflows.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve user experiences, and introduce innovative solutions that increase efficiency and scalability.
- Manage product priorities, evaluate trade-offs, and ensure teams are focused on delivering maximum business and customer value.
