Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including managing managers.
- Proven experience building products that handle real-world, on-demand traffic at scale.
- Strong technical background with an active, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Developed, specific point of view on AI-assisted development and agentic workflows.
- Fluency with technical concepts like evals and the forward deployed engineer model.
- Experience translating technical work into business/product stakeholder terms.
- Experience leading with an iterative, experimentation-first approach.
- Experience scaling engineering teams through periods of significant growth and new product lines.
- Strong focus on customer UX and delivering high-quality experiences.
- Ability to manage dependencies across teams.

- Lead the Booking engineering org to ship at high velocity without sacrificing quality.
- Drive faster, smarter building by embedding a clear point of view on AI into workflows and team structure.
- Build incredible experiences for patients and clinics in tight partnership with Product and Design.
- Grow a team of engineering leaders and builders through coaching and mentorship.
- Shape Booking's technical roadmap to track company growth initiatives.
- Manage dependencies across groups and advocate clearly for customer needs.
