Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Proficiency in Python or Kotlin.
- Experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems.
- Knowledge of distributed systems building blocks.
- Experience with AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
- Ability to write clear, well-tested, and extensible code.
- Comfort navigating large codebases and performing code reviews.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Break down large projects into individual tasks and deliver them in multiple phases.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and other stakeholders across the development lifecycle.
- Articulate technical constraints and partner on risk-aware decision-making.
- Support the operations and availability of team artifacts through metrics, monitoring, and on-call efforts.
- Contribute to team community and growth through activities like interviews.
