Requirements
- Possession and maintenance of a broker’s P&C license in the state hired.
- College graduate or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and thoroughness.
- Ability to accept full ownership of issues and follow through to completion.
- Proficiency in Sagitta and Worksmart.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Become a trusted advisor and provide exemplary service in all aspects to our Private Clients.
- Work as a team with other Private Client account managers, producers and department managers.
- Develop cooperative and professional relationships with our carriers.
- Manage all renewal activity from start to close.
- Deliver complete and accurate renewal reviews according to agency guidelines.
- Look for sales opportunities by account rounding and selling additional coverage.
- Assume ownership of customer concerns and feedback until completion.
- Remarket accounts according to agency guidelines or at the request of the producer or insured.
- Manage projects as directed by supervisors and managers.
