Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with React Native or native iOS/Android development.
- 5+ years of experience with TypeScript.
- Proven experience with Expo, including EAS Build, Submit, and Update.
- Successfully shipped and maintained at least one production application end-to-end.
- Deep understanding of the full store release cycle: signing, provisioning, TestFlight, and track management.
- Strong mobile performance instincts.
- Hardcore work ethic and high agency.
- Ability to manage review back-and-forth processes with App Store and Google Play.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with offline-first applications (100k+ users).
- Nice-to-have: Experience writing or patching native modules in Swift or Kotlin.
- Nice-to-have: iOS development experience and knowledge of mobile observability tools.
Responsibilities
- Build the mobile product from the ground up and own all aspects of mobile development.
- Set up and own the mobile architecture and development process.
- Control the application procedure and code practices from end-to-end.
- Manage mobile builds, store submissions, OTA updates, and releases.
- Eventually manage and grow the mobile engineering team.
