Responsibilities
- Teach core project management skills including process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, and data analysis.
- Help students build capabilities through consistent, practical skill-building exercises.
- Provide career-related support such as resume and LinkedIn profile reviews, cover letter assistance, and interview preparation.
- Guide students through salary negotiation, networking strategies, and promotion planning.
- Assist students pursuing independent work through freelancing and career strategy.
- Host sessions virtually and manage personal coaching hours and rates.
