Requirements
- Ability to work in rotational shifts 8:00am to 5pm Bogota time.
- 2+ years of experience specializing in at least one A2P product.
- Proven experience working directly with clients.
- A2P compliance experience.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and project manage.
- Ready to manage up to 12 customer accounts.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathetic and customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized onboarding support for customers who sign up for Fast Track Packages.
- Help customers solve onboarding issues through direct engagement.
- Provide compliance guidance for all A2P products.
- Manage onboarding SLAs and credit utilization.
- Partner with operations and account teams to scale onboarding volumes.
- Join weekly customer calls to report metrics and review open items.
- Respond to inquiries via Slack and ServiceNow.
- Log customer interactions and tag/categorize issues.
