Job Details

5+ years of experience working with enterprise customers in sales engineering, implementation, or technical account management.
Proficiency in working with APIs and the ability to explain API concepts to non-developer stakeholders.
Experience with Bruno or Postman.
Strong understanding of payment issuing, specifically tokenization, networks, and point-of-sale systems.
Proven ability to understand complex enterprise requirements and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously against aggressive schedules.
Strong understanding of B2B technology and business growth drivers.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to work cross-functionally to develop scalable solutions for customer onboarding.

Engage with customers and prospects to ensure deep understanding of Marqeta's technology and platform advantages.
Own the technical implementation process, including advisement, environment configuration, and troubleshooting.
Develop and share best practices for deploying Marqeta's tokenization APIs.
Balance project requirements by identifying potential downstream impacts and managing hands-on tasks with minimal oversight.
Guide customers through technical documentation and diagnose root causes of integration issues.
Serve as the voice of the customer by surfacing implementation learnings to internal product and technology teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes for customer technical onboarding.
