Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with enterprise customers in sales engineering, implementation, or technical account management.
- Proficiency in working with and explaining API concepts to non-technical and technical audiences.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Bruno or Postman.
- Strong understanding of payment processing, specifically issuing, tokenization, networks, and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to understand complex enterprise requirements and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience in the B2B technology space.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously under aggressive schedules.
- SQL and Datadog experience are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to ensure technical influencers understand the platform capabilities.
- Own the technical implementation of customers, including technical advisement and environment configuration.
- Troubleshoot collaboratively during customer integrations, diagnosing root causes of errors.
- Maintain deep expertise on product features and share best practices for deploying tokenization APIs.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to improve technical onboarding processes.
- Serve as the voice of the customer in external engagements and surface implementation feedback internally.
