Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or strategic finance/FP&A.
- Preferably focused on software and internet businesses.
- Exposure to annual and long-range forecasting and budget variance reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and business intelligence tools.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical rigor.
- Proven track record of achieving goals in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to communicate quantitative and qualitative insights clearly and visually.
- Curious, experimental mindset regarding AI tools and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for leadership, the board, and investors.
- Contribute to ad-hoc strategic analyses across Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Maintain detailed financial models for budgeting and planning.
- Perform monthly budget variance analysis.
- Build and maintain performance reporting and KPI dashboards using SQL and Looker.
- Support inbound diligence requests and other ad-hoc strategic projects.
