- At least two (2) years of experience
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
- Valid state license in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, or New Jersey in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- At least two years of experience in a pediatric or multidisciplinary setting.
- Experience with telehealth or virtual evaluations is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.
- Proficiency in navigating electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Complete a minimum of 6 comprehensive speech and language evaluations per week (90-minute sessions).
- Prepare clinical documentation, evaluation reports, and care recommendations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including behavioral health clinicians and CRNPs.
- Participate in weekly team meetings (approximately 60 minutes).
- Maintain a clinical schedule focused on weekday evaluations after 3:00 PM EST and/or weekend evaluations.
