Requirements
- Hold an active, unrestricted, and valid SLP license in your state of residence, in good standing.
- Possess ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC).
- Commitment of at least 20 to 40 hours per week.
- Prior school-based experience or experience working with the pediatric population.
- Demonstrated experience conducting virtual therapy sessions.
- Proficiency with various types of technology and comfortability with virtual tools.
- Access to a reliable laptop (not a Chromebook) to conduct sessions.
- Ability to follow Huddle Up documentation and billing guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Speech Language Pathology services to school-aged children via telehealth.
- Collaborate with school instructors and clinical mentors to provide consistent care.
- Participate in IEP and team meetings as a case manager or process coordinator.
- Complete evaluation reports, daily SOAP notes, and progress reports according to guidelines.
- Manage Medicaid billing as necessary for school-based services.
