Requirements
- Fluency in Japanese (written and spoken).
- Business-level English proficiency.
- 7+ years of related experience in technical consulting, customer success, solution architecture, or systems engineering.
- Strong business acumen and ability to contribute to organizational success.
- Excellent technical aptitude and experience leading complex products through technical support.
- Proven experience managing enterprise customers and delivering high-touch support.
- Familiarity with incident response frameworks and service management practices.
- Project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, Google, VMware).
- Strong knowledge of Networking (topology, routers, LAN, WAN).
- Strong knowledge of Storage (SAN, NAS, Object Storage).
- Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary post-sale customer contact for priority customers.
- Provide customers with architecture guidance, optimization strategies, and best practices for leveraging cloud infrastructure.
- Anticipate customer needs through regular technical health checks, performance reviews, and proactive monitoring.
- Serve as the escalation point during critical incidents to drive resolution and coordinate internal resources.
- Maintain accurate documentation of account interactions, technical issues, and provide executive-level status reports.
- Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to define success plans and align technical delivery with business objectives.
- Partner with Solution Architects to plan capacity, optimize infrastructure, and support disaster recovery planning.
- Develop technical enablement materials and deliver post-sales training for MSP partners.
