Requirements

  • Degree (or final year student) in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Up to 2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment or HR (internships qualify).
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working with diverse teams and personalities.
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and process compliance.
  • Genuine interest in people and candidate experience.
  • Openness to working across time zones and within different cultural contexts.
  • Basic familiarity with ATS tools like Lever or Workable, or similar HR software.
  • Exposure to a start-up or fast-paced environment is a nice-to-have.
  • Awareness of EOR (Employer of Record) or global hiring practices is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for global roles.
  • Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, interviews, feedback loops, and offers.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and scale talent acquisition efforts.
  • Ensure a transparent and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, and hiring managers to facilitate smooth onboarding.
  • Collect feedback to iterate on onboarding processes and improve the new-hire experience.
  • Partner with the broader People team on engagement and organizational culture projects.
