Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a systems or business analyst in IT projects, preferably in Agile environments.
- Experience in the financial sector such as banking, insurance, loans, policies, or payments.
- Documented experience in independently facilitating workshops with business and system owners.
- Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN for process and use case modeling.
- Understanding of integration architecture, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration patterns.
- Experience managing backlogs in tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to write clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Proficiency in SQL for data verification and analysis.
- Fluent in Polish and very good command of English (B2/C1 level).
- Availability to start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead workshops with stakeholders, business owners, and risk/compliance teams to identify and refine requirements.
- Perform business process analysis, identify gaps, and propose end-to-end solutions.
- Manage and maintain the product backlog including epics, features, and user stories in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Contribute to backlog prioritization using methods like MoSCoW or WSJF.
- Create analytical artifacts including BPMN, UML diagrams, specifications, and dependency maps.
- Design system changes while considering architectural constraints and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with architects on integration design and API specifications.
- Support developers and QA teams with requirement clarification and UAT scenario preparation.
