Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, operations analysis, or product support.
- Proven experience in data monitoring, anomaly identification, and adherence to defined processes.
- Experience working with software, computer, or electromechanical systems in a diagnostic or support capacity.
- English fluency (B2 or higher).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly and professionally.
- Experience working with US companies or clients is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and conduct first-round troubleshooting using defined scripts and guidelines.
- Produce accurate internal and external reports in English for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Monitor the scanner and robotic fleet by running queries and following established operational processes.
- Route anomalies in robot behavior or data sources to the appropriate internal escalation teams.
- Support the success of new robot installations and scanner deployments through meticulous data evaluation.
- Draft documentation to support customer acceptance testing procedures.
