Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Data Strategy, Data Governance, or Enterprise Data Management.
- Solid understanding of enterprise data governance principles.
- Experience working with data quality initiatives and governance processes.
- Experience managing or coordinating backlogs and priorities.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Experience supporting enterprise Data Transformation Programmes is a plus.
- Knowledge of Customer Data Strategy initiatives is a plus.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and RACI models is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and coordinate the enterprise data backlog to align with value opportunities.
- Support the Head of Data Strategy in establishing data governance, domain ownership models, and RACI.
- Contribute to Customer Data Strategy and provide recommendations through governance reviews.
- Coordinate foundational data activities, including data quality improvements and framework development.
- Assist in defining and testing the operating model for reporting, analytics, and continuous delivery.
- Prepare analysis, documentation, and recommendations for programme-level decision-making.
