Requirements

Retired O-6 with experience commanding at the Squadron, Group, or Wing level.
Experience as an F-16, F-18, or F-35 pilot.
Active US Secret Security clearance.
Understanding of U.S. defense planning and strategy development.
Experience with operational analysis, readiness reporting, and doctrine or CONOPS development.
Experience supporting combat aircraft operations planning and strategy development.
Experience evaluating operational plans and operational risk.
Graduate of SAASS, SAMS, SAW, or similar advanced military planning program.
Experience supporting aviation capability development or institutional capacity-building efforts.

Responsibilities

Support combat aviation capability development for a partner nation under a USG contract.
Perform operational analysis to support mission readiness.
Develop operational plans, doctrine, and concepts of operations (CONOPS).
Provide advisory support for sustainment planning.
Evaluate operational plans and assess operational risk.
Engage in forward deployments as required by the advisory mission.
