  • Experience marketing platform APIs and integrations to enterprise audiences.
  • Direct experience leading pricing and packaging strategy in a SaaS context.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence product direction through structured market insight.
  • Confident communication skills with ability to interface with executives and frontline teams.
  • Proven experience building and leading in ambiguous, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the upmarket segment strategy and ICP.
  • Map buying committee dynamics and develop a clear value proposition.
  • Craft enterprise positioning, messaging, and competitive intelligence.
  • Partner with enterprise sales to create segment-specific collateral and tools.
  • Lead pricing and packaging strategy across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise tiers.
  • Influence product strategy and R&D roadmapping based on market insights.
