Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Non-IT or BFSI recruitment, preferably with broking clients.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS reporting.
- Excellent understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and candidate psychology.
- Demonstrated ability to lead from the front and own the desk independently.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Adaptable and result-oriented mindset.
- Graduate degree required; B.Tech/B.E. preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across Broking, Wealth Management, BFSI, and Financial domains.
- Develop a deep understanding of industry terminologies and functional roles such as Equity Advisors, Relationship Managers, and Risk Analysts.
- Act as a client success partner by understanding business priorities and team structure.
- Build rapport with candidates and conduct assessments to determine cultural and technical fit.
- Manage recruitment documentation, MIS, tracker sheets, and offer coordination.
- Collaborate with internal sourcing teams to drive timely closures.
