Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, product development, consulting, or RPA.
- 3–5 years of professional experience applying AI/ML in a business setting.
- Hands-on experience with low-code platforms and automation tools like Power Automate and UiPath.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Experience in healthcare technology or Revenue Cycle operations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for AI Agent development and low-code automation initiatives.
- Translate business problems into data-driven solutions using AI/ML models, low-code platforms, and connectors.
- Participate in discovery activities, including user interviews and journey mapping, to define KPIs and success metrics.
- Design, develop, and test use cases using tools like Copilot, Power Apps, and other low-code platforms.
- Conduct testing, user segmentation, and product utilization analysis to inform product decisions.
- Demo functionality to end users and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support UAT for new modules and ensure alignment with business requirements.
