Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and backend service development.
- Proven experience helping teams adopt AI-driven development practices.
- Strong experience designing, building, and integrating APIs.
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and relational databases.
- Working knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose.
- Experience with unit and end-to-end testing.
- Experience with Django, DRF, or FastAPI.
- Frontend experience with Vue or React.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and basic infrastructure.
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs in Python using AI-assisted development.
- Own features end-to-end from design through production.
- Drive AI adoption and scale AI-driven workflows across the development lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to improve code quality and operational reliability through AI.
- Develop and support single-page applications using Vue.
- Collaborate within small, cross-functional feature teams and with Product Managers.
