Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or alliances.
- Background in cybersecurity or enterprise technology.
- Proven experience leading and developing a team in a global or matrixed environment.
- Hands-on experience working with GSIs, MSPs, MSSPs, or large solution providers.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions like MDR, EDR/XDR, identity, or cloud security.
- Ability to introduce structure and accountability in an evolving organization.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing partner execution.
- Clear communication skills with ability to align stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own execution of Sophos’ GSI strategy within the service provider channel organization.
- Establish operating rhythms for GSIs including pipeline reviews, partner planning, and execution tracking.
- Drive focused GTM plans with select GSIs to generate pipeline and attach services to enterprise opportunities.
- Partner with MSP leadership, regional channel heads, and field sales to ensure alignment.
- Build relationships with GSI sales and delivery leaders as the primary escalation point.
- Coordinate enablement, certifications, and readiness efforts for GSIs.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to support services integration.
- Track performance metrics and provide reporting on pipeline, bookings, and partner impact.
