- Proven passion for social media and multi-platform content creation.
- Comfort and confidence speaking on camera or on mic.
- Ability to engage publicly and represent the brand.
- High level of organization, consistency, and focus on execution.
- Experience in B2B, tech, or professional services is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to turn audience attention into inbound interest.
- Familiarity with earned media or narrative-driven marketing techniques.
Responsibilities
- Grow the Disruption Interruption podcast as a demand generation engine.
- Serve as an on-air spokesperson for podcast segments, conversations, and special episodes.
- Represent the company online, on camera, and on mic to founders, executives, and guests.
- Coordinate Top-of-Funnel campaigns using podcast content across social, email, and landing pages.
- Develop and execute social media strategy across platforms including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with PR, leadership, and sales teams on messaging narratives and timing.
- Repurpose and distribute content to increase visibility and inbound interest.
