Responsibilities
- Teach core technical program management skills including project management, agile methodology, and scrum.
- Instruct students on stakeholder management, resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Review student resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles to optimize career materials.
- Conduct mock interview prep and provide salary negotiation coaching.
- Advise on promotion strategies, networking, and freelancing for independent career paths.
- Host virtual sessions and partner with the Leland team to maintain a supportive student experience.
