Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences, health, science, or a program evaluation field (Master's degree preferred).
- 10 years of relevant, professional experience.
- 2 years of project management experience.
- Technical experience with qualitative and quantitative software packages.
- Experience with large data sets, quantitative methods, and multivariate statistical analysis.
- Project and people management skills, including budgeting, resourcing, planning, and risk management.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office productivity software, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate results simply and effectively.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external vendors.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of evaluation projects by coordinating internal teams and external consultants.
- Provide technical guidance on research design and analytical methods to ensure methodological rigor.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, monitoring progress, scope, schedules, and resources.
- Enforce rigorous quality control processes across data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Guide and participate in data collection and analysis efforts, leveraging statistical methods.
- Manage project budgets by allocating resources efficiently and monitoring expenditures.
- Ensure evaluation activities adhere to relevant regulations, ethical standards, and contractual requirements.
- Oversee comprehensive documentation of project plans, methodologies, and results.
- Supervise team members by handling assignments, timekeeping, performance management, and training.
