Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences, health, science, or a relevant field.
- 10 years of total professional experience.
- 6 years of experience with qualitative, quantitative, or mixed evaluation methods.
- 2 years of focused experience in communications research.
- 2 years of project management experience, including budgeting, resourcing, and risk management.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex results simply and effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research on communication messaging and strategies to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Provide technical advice on research design, analytical techniques, and sampling methods.
- Coordinate internal resources and external consultants to execute evaluation and research studies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage a small research team, providing mentoring and performance oversight.
- Develop project plans to track progress and manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
- Contribute to technical execution including data collection, instrument design, and report development.
- Synthesize findings from multiple data sources into clear, compelling insights.
- Contribute to proposal writing and technical solutioning for projects.
- Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to enhance team efficiency.
