Requirements
- Extensive experience in end-to-end payroll processing, either in-house or with a payroll service provider.
- Strong knowledge of payroll best practices.
- Proficiency in software tools such as Excel and Google Suite.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
- Passion for productivity and process improvement.
- Understanding and ability to work effectively in an asynchronous environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience working remotely is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for the country.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Process end-to-end payroll including in-house processing, statutory filings, approvals, and payments.
- Ensure full payroll data integrity and quality.
- Handle payroll journals and reconciliations.
- Focus on KPIs and SLAs to ensure operational success.
- Implement and improve payroll processes.
- Mentor and support junior payroll specialists.
- Provide backup for regional managers during absences.
