Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience in youth development, workforce development, education, registered apprenticeship, and/or related fields.
  • Strong coaching, training, facilitation, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of Career Pathway models for youth and adults.
  • Ability to travel as needed and work effectively in virtual environments.
  • Ability to work effectively during the regular workweek.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
  • Highly organized with ability to meet deadlines for reporting and invoicing.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a thought partner with grantee staff members.
  • Assist grantees in assessing program strengths and challenges.
  • Research and connect grantees to timely and relevant resources.
  • Provide real-time observation and feedback on program practice.
  • Support short-term and long-term strategy development.
  • Conduct monthly reporting and invoicing.
  • Support grantees in construction and career pathway development.
