Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience in youth development, workforce development, education, registered apprenticeship, and/or related fields.
- Strong coaching, training, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of Career Pathway models for youth and adults.
- Ability to travel as needed and work effectively in virtual environments.
- Ability to work effectively during the regular workweek.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
- Highly organized with ability to meet deadlines for reporting and invoicing.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a thought partner with grantee staff members.
- Assist grantees in assessing program strengths and challenges.
- Research and connect grantees to timely and relevant resources.
- Provide real-time observation and feedback on program practice.
- Support short-term and long-term strategy development.
- Conduct monthly reporting and invoicing.
- Support grantees in construction and career pathway development.
